Pro Gear Warehouse gets a 10 out of 10 from me for customer satisfaction. On line ordering is simple, order tracking info is always up to date and accurate, delivery is always on time, and orders are shipped same day with adequate packing material to protect the product. UPS charges an additional $45.00 for cross border transactions. I feel ripped-Off. As a Canadian buyer I pay for the cost of the item, the shipping costs by UPS, Canada Customs, Canadian taxes, money exchange & STD UPS $45 bull **** import fee to handle paperwork.
