I purchased 2 tickets for a Madonna concert, and paid for an express international post for the tickets to be delivered to Australia. It took months for the tickets to finally arrive and they arrived via email (so why did I pay extra for the postal delivery). We purchased these tickets as a gift for our son. But we charged them on one of our accounts and had them senr to our home so that we could give them to him as a gift. The tickets ordered were face value of only $95. and a final cost of over $200. each. The same tickets were available at the box office for $95. plus a fraction of the overcharges. I could have had a pleasing view instead of a nose bleed for a lesser cost through the Facility even prepurchased by e-mail. Your overcharges made my experience very poor... More

Tickets "were not available" and my account was to be credited, after waiting for delivery of two days. Called the number that was given to me on E mail and it was disconnected. Waitng now for my Visa statement. Had to go through ticket master. Very disappointed!
