I ordered makeup in october and have yet to recive it. I was charged for it and ive left multiple messages and have emailed them countless times and nothing!Im very dissapointed!and hope to get some kind of a respons

bought this before,shadow's diff and light is too light.Is there was a way to tailor the kit to each womans needs? Other than that I love the products in the kit.The lipstick.followed the instructions it looks like i have no lipstick on when I am done.

the eye brow pencil I ordered was like a #2 lead pencil, it is too hard. I thought I was getting a soft pencil from Alexis Vogel like the one I ordered from her before. I didn't sent it back becaue I didn't want to add additional expense for shipping.

The online area for coupon codes needs to be updated. Other than that everything else was great. Love the products.

I'd like to request makeupconnection to place somewhere on the checkout page what they consider to be 2 days-- 2 days from whenever or two days after they receive the order plus two days. I always pay more because I receive items late

Alexis Vogels products have changed packaging and the quality seems to be less than it was 5 yrs ago as well. Why did the company change things when it was so fantastic before?
