I am disappointed that I was able to order the product when it wasn't even available. Secondly, they should have notified me right away that the product wasn't available. I had to contact customer service when I noticed my order wasn't going anywhere.
I appreciate the quality of customer service I received. Although the product I ordered was out of stock and took quite a few weeks to receive, it was great having customer service tell me what was going on and when I could expect my order.
I would have been 100% satisfied with the order, except they sat on it for 2 days and charged me $16 more than promised, when, if they would have just moved more quickly, I would have had the order for $16 less. Publish realistic shipping time figures.
Even though on of my items was on back order, the staff contacted me right away to notify me of the delay. I was a bit disappointed the items took so long to get here, but appreciated the involvement of the One Tri staff in notifying me.

The xlab wing set up that I received had some gear missing which I had to substitute with my own lock nuts and bolts. The packaging I received had the nuts and bolts bag emptied all over the packaging. Looks as if I received a used or returned product.
