I had to buy this product a 2nd time as the 1st item did not reach me in South Africa. Sent it to my sister in Canada this time.

This was the first time ordering from Enfig and will not be the last. There prizes were good and had product stocked and ready to ship. I received my order next day. Great Service!

Shipping took forever. The items that were not "in stock" came promptly. The rest of the order was shipped 2 weeks later. If you give a delivery date in the email you send out. Don't make it the day you are shipping the items. Who does that?

The web site was a little misleding about the availablity of the product, but after the order I recieved a new shippping date with a day or two. all in all it was a posstive experence. Only 1 comment is to inform the client about back ordering prior to purchase.

This was a good experience overall. They had the best price and the shipping made them $20 cheaper than any competitor that I found. Since it is stated that the product will ship today IF it is in stock, I would love to see a place where it told you if the product was in stock or not during checkout. I wanted to change my order. Phone number was easy to find and they answered on the 1st ring. They didn't have my part, but they dropshipped it for free. Friendly. Helpful.
