Shipment was slow due to a closure at Mako. This was my only issue. Product was good quality.

I still have not received my order as of 4/15/09 and have not gotten any respond from customer service. Could not and/or can not track my order.

I ordered the item on March 22 and it is now April 13 and no item. They said they sent the item to my billing address on my credit card and not the shipping address. At this point I want to cancell my order and not use Mako again.

A tracking number would have been nice when the product was shipped, instead I had to call by phone two&half weeks latter to get the tracking number just to fined out that I would receive the next day. The people I talked with were nice & very helpful

purchased a product received e-mail stating product shipped,after 10 days no product,e-mailed inquiry -no response..only when I called did I find out product was on back order..also when ordering I was able to see someones personal info,emailed no reply
