It has been over a month and I have not received my order in full. I ordered a buffer tube and spring kit with my stock and I never reeived the tube. I have contacted Mako three times and they say they are sending it out, but NOTHING YET.

i called and emailed about my order atleast 10 times and never got a response back i even emailed a supervisor and nothing will never buy anything again nor will my friends thank you mr mills

Overall, ordering from Mako was a good experience. My only suggestion is to send email notification and tracking information when the ordered product is shipped.

tracking informtion ref: order processing and shipping would be nice. But other than that, I was very satisfied and will do future business w/ Mako and recomend them to other people in my profession (Law Enforcement).

Shipment was slow due to a closure at Mako. This was my only issue. Product was good quality.

I still have not received my order as of 4/15/09 and have not gotten any respond from customer service. Could not and/or can not track my order.

I ordered the item on March 22 and it is now April 13 and no item. They said they sent the item to my billing address on my credit card and not the shipping address. At this point I want to cancell my order and not use Mako again.
