The tambourine had a nail loose and missing one metal disk. It has a rustic finish needing more sanding in areas where the disks are located. Other than that, nice instrument.

Dear staff, I bought the 3 arab shemagh + agal from you and I´m very satisfied with the products. However, only ONE agal came. I was expecting 3 agal, since the product was THREE ARAB SHEMAGH + AGAL. I´d like to receive an answer regarding this case. Best regards, Diego Bellini.

goods were good, packaging left a lot to be desired. Somewhere along the way the package was damaged but fortunately the contents were not lost. When I received them they were inside a plastic bag provided by my national postal agency.

I contacted gpil because I believe the instrument to be defective. They were unable to assist me in making the determination stating that they did not test the item before shipping and do not know how the instrument is played. They did not respond to my second inquiry. I had to do research on my own. I am still not satisfied but it is too much trouble... More

Item arrived on time, and it is playable. However it was not in "new condition", the case was ripped and dirty, rust on the tuning bolts,scuffs on the outer skin of te drum and I have not received any feedback from customer support (sent email yeterday).
