very happy with merchandise just did not fit. Worry about returns. There is know guarantee to me that you recieved the merchandise back.

The items that I ordered were beautiful and they were packaged well to insure their safety in transit. I am very happy with my order and have gotten many compliments on the jewlry that I ordered.

I placed an order for a pair of sneakers, it was unfortunate that they did not fit so I am returning them. I will order other things at a later date but I think it's hard to order shoes without trying them on. Thank you for the experience.

When I received my order, I did not have everything I was Billed for. The box was sealed, but the earrings where not in the box. I am sure this was a oversight in your shipping department.

My comment about K.Jordan: I was very angry at their services and overall attitude I rec'd. I will not ever, ever, ever, look into this website again, nor will I recommend K.Jordan to anyone.
