I found the ordering process fast and easy. However the tea is not infused with as dominant of a ginsing flavor as I was my last batch from another store.Thanks

I was annoyed immediately following my order when offered $100.00 to complete a survey. Turned out to be $100.00 in stupid magazines. Reasonable delivery for out of country. Customs kept 100 gms for some reason. Good tea though.

excellent delivery time. The ginseng oolong is one of the best tea I have tried. The tea cup set I would give 9 out of 10,if it was not for the fault in one of the cups.

There were some glicthes inthe delivery process and the product descriptions could stand some improving other than that I would order again.
