Your website states 2-3 days for express delivery. When I received confirmation of my purchase, which was a gift sent to another party, the confirmation stated the express delivery time as 3-5 days. Therefore the gift did not arrive when I expected.

I have not recieved my order yet, ordered on jan. 6 and havent herd anything tried to call the number listed several times but no one answered. Not a happy camper at all.

I believe I checked the box to have the item gift wrapped. The clear pouch in which it arrived was not acceptable for a gift. And it was supposed to be a mixed assortment of tea blossoms, but they all looked exactly the same. VERY disappointing.
