It would have been nice to have received a email that my order was entered, and to have received tracking information on the shipment. Although I did receive the part within five days from the date that I ordered it.

The parts I got were 115 Volts bur I needed 220 Volts. Thats why they toasted immediatly. Ther shoul be an indication in the online specifications about the voltage

Please fix the website page for the item I purchased. The crossed-out price that is supposed to indicate a savings is actually lower than the price charged. This makes no sense.

the one sour grape in my experience was the problems you had with your wep site appliancesource.net which then made me use the other website and the prices differed by 10% which felt at the time like a bait and switch; however I will get over it;
