Order shipped one day late of anticipated. Sent email asking why and no response. Did not know overnight shipping was tagged for A.M. delivery and I was not home. Had to call UPS, track down the driver, and arrange a special meeting to get the ring.

I was very suprised at how the diamond was packaged, and will buy and refer people to brilliance for sure. For how nice the diamond is Im almost tempted to go larger.

Earrings are beautifful, but received 22 days late. Called the day after they were suppose to be delivered and was told I would have them the next day. They did not come and I had to call again. That made 3 days waiting at home for delivery!!! Not good customer service!!!

This is a Christmas gift, so even though I am pleased with the earrings, I'm not sure what the recipient will think. If she would like something else, we will probably do that through Brilliance too. They are a class business.

My item was promised to be delivered on a Friday, but I received it only on Tuesday, which caused inconvenience to me. The least that brilliance could have done was to update the promised delivery date or keep customer informed.

I absolutely love the diamond me and my husband picked out. I had to replace my center diamond of my wedding ring, it had fallen out. And not only did we were able to get a bigger diamond, but a higher quality as well! And with money left over to spare!
