I was shipped the incorrect item that I purchased. This is a huge inconvenience as I now have to take the time to ship the item back and wait for the correct item to arrive.

unable to locate the sterling silver hallmark on the stargate pendant--called C/S but the agent I spoke with couldnt tell me where to look for it and passed requesst onto her supervisor but no answer/resolution yet

My real problem has to do with the fact that I ordered the 2nd choice product (due to lack of availability of the desired product) and paid for 2nd day - the item arrived 6 days later. After the birthday. After everyone presented gifts.
