The website is great and the service is also but, I would say that if you had more stargate items and variety, I would definately buy more. Most of these articles are not easy to find down in the South East USA. Thank you again.

I was sent a wrong item so I had to call customer support. The item I ordered was no longer available so I kept the item sent. It was the same price as what I had ordered. Very professional and helpful customer support!

I was shipped the incorrect item that I purchased. This is a huge inconvenience as I now have to take the time to ship the item back and wait for the correct item to arrive.

unable to locate the sterling silver hallmark on the stargate pendant--called C/S but the agent I spoke with couldnt tell me where to look for it and passed requesst onto her supervisor but no answer/resolution yet
