Item was apparently out of stock when I ordered, but the website did not indicate the problem. Tracking showed processed and waiting for shipment for 10 days before I contacted Customer Support. Was told it was out of stock and would ship in another week.

Healing Pad arrived very quickly. I called customer service with a question, it was answered right away. The customer Rep was very informed about the item and how to use it. A highly satisfactory purchase.

I purchased a Keurig Coffee maker and had it sent to my son in Texas. The price was excellent and the shipping price was even better. I certainly will use you again in the future.

The shoes are the most comfortable heals I have. The cushion is very supportive. I hope more them are made in the future. I'd definitely buy more.

I was unhappy with the fact that I didn't recieve the product on time, but I do understand that the product was not avalible to send. The UPS person was an ASS. I'm happy with the product and I'm happy with the communication that the company provided.
