I did not receive an e-mail confirmation of the product, or an estimated delivery date. I finally rec'd a tracking #, but should have been informed to apply it to the 'waybill' # on the tracking sheet. I could not track the # until I did that.
Will never buy or recomend this bogus store. They do not respond on emails and calls. Did not ship my item for over a month, had to fill in billing dispute with my credit card company. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CHEATERS.
I did not no there was not an outside cover for this UNIT. It did not say anything about ordering an outside cover. Now I have a unit that has the interior exposed. Where is the cover for this unit? Would not of ordered knowing cover was not on unit!
Order Jan 2. Waited 18 days,called ffemaz for status.Given shipping co.number. on my own.delivered after 24 days. Jan 28 install.Bad unit Called ffemaz,given kitchenAid's number. On my own again. Parts ordered. Feb 17, I'm still washing dishes by hand.
The problem I had was that my order sat in the whse for 2 weeks according to the status update. It should have been on it's way in a day or 2. I ordered on the 5th, it was in whse status on the 7th, but I didn't receive until the 29th.
Customer service was very helpful, quick to answer the phone and email questions. Product arrived quickly. Only confusing part was that the shipping info wasn't updated, indicating the product hadn't shipped yet when in fact it arrived next day.
