I just wish you had a flat rate shipping. You have great products but I do not want to spend $7.00 shipping a $10.00 product.

The product was damaged (a screw was completely stripped and could not be opened). I called and explained the situation and they immediately sent me a replacement and a label to return the damaged merchandise. I was very pleased with their response.

The punching bag that came with the set I ordered was leaking and would not hold air. My husband had to spend over 2 hours deconstructing and then reconstructing the ball in order for it to hold air! Was told I would receive a shipping refund.
