I ordered this stethoscope as a graduation gift for my niece. She was thrilled with it, especially the color (purple) and the fact it was personalized.

Two complaints. Placed order Saturday & item did not ship until the following Friday! VERY long processing time! Engraving spelling was correct, placement was just not exactly as I wanted. Knew engraving was a risk.

I needed the stethoscope in 2 days; I paid to get it in 2 days; I did not get it in 2 days, rather, it arrived in 4 days while I was already gone on my medical mission without a stethoscope.

The order took a week to process. When we called customer service, we could not talk to a representative. So we tried calling the order number, and they did not provide any help. We then sent an email to myStethoscope.com and never received a response.

ordered 7-14-2009.Item due by 7-21. Called cust.serv.7-22.No info provided.Paid for 4-5 day shipping. Finally rec'd 7-27. My shipping fee should be refunded. Very poor service

I was completely frustrated with the telephone contact information. It was not possible to speak with the actual organization. The live chat never did work over a period of more than a week.
