The watch I ordered did not work. I didn't want to spend more money on S&H so I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me another watch and a pre-paid shipping label so I could return the non-working watch. You do not provide free return labels.

The item was surprisingly small. It took a while to get a response from the customer service so I could return the item. The assistance I needed could have been available on the website. Shipping was overly expensive.

the only issue I had was I requested shipper to leave package on back porch because theres a lot of traffic out front and it was left in the front. Luckily package was still there when I got home from work.
