I appreciated all aspects of the transaction. The only thing I noticed was the price went down $50 over the weekend. I liked receiving a call to confirm the order and the quick shipment.

emailed bio tech about availability of product and was informed it would be later in week, main reason for odering. Ordered for that reason. After Bio tech called to verify order was informed it would not be available for at least 2 weeks or longer.

Thanks BTOTECH!! Your company may be the only one in the world that carried the part I needed. I spent hours on the web and phone and until I found your site no luck. If there is anybody that needs a keyboard for an Asus M6Ne this is the place.

The finger print doesnt work and have tried to configure the cmos as discribed in the manual but the screen on the cmos does not look the same as the one in the book...

This would have been a perfect transaction if an internal power plug and not jiggled loose during shipping. The required me to open the case and make the re-connection myself. If I were a female I'd still be screaming about it.
