my order took over two weeks to delivery. the product was what i expected. i probably will purchase again

I can get the product for much less money from Canadian pharmacies on-line, but didn't have the time to wait for it, so you were a second choice that worked out well, but the cost is too high.

My experience with BeautyNeeds has been completely positive. My only "wish" might be that the product you offered would be available in a smaller quantity than 33 oz.

The Shampoo/body wash was leaking upon arrival, unfortunately. We lost about an ounce or so due to the leak. It was contained in a the plastic bag, but not usable. That's the only difficulty we experienced with this order.

As it took a very long time to have the product delivered, I had checked into other hair dryers and decided I did not need to spend so much. Therefore, I am returning it.

I ordered two lip pencils which both statwd they were pink & the one color pinkster was in fact pink however the other color was not it was more orange. The reason i will not return it was because the shipping was more than the pencil i ordered. Love the pinkster though.
