Anything that I have every order and was delivered by United States Postal Service has been very poor as far as timely. Boston Proper is another company that insist on snail mail with the post office. Fed Ex and UPS are very fast.

This is the only hand lotion I will use. It really works well.I am very pleased with it. Opps I forgot to tell you what it was.Its Angel daily Use hand lotion. The one In the pretty Yellow bottle. Thank you for being on line.

The ordering process was a little confusing. I accidentally placed the same order twice because of a misleading message that popped up saying that my basket was empty, or something like that.

I submit my order and did not receive it with any exoplanation or appologazy. I got email confirmation that my order has been placed . I still don't know, why my request has been ignore, but it is very bad service .

It took 16 days for this product to arrive. I realize that July 4th was within this period, but something went wrong with the whole process. I recently ordered an item with another company and received the product in 48 hours with no special delivery.
