I really like the picture frames but the quality of the prints themselves is a little lacking. They looked much better online.

They did not have my item and it took 6 days before I was refunded via paypal. It was a very bad experience.

The product description listed the fixture color as "soft gold" but it's a very spotchy rustic looking silver with rust. The website and delivery was excellent but the product did not meet my expectations based on the picture and description provided.

My only complaint was having to be home to accept and sign for delivery.TAKING TIME OFF WORK WIPED OUT WHAT I SAVE ON THE PURCHASE.But the products looks great. Thanks

As I will be working with other friends to help them remodel their homes in the near future, I will most certainly recommend viewing Lighting New York website. The prices are competitive, the service and follow-up are good.

The lamp arrived in good shape and more quickly than I expected, so that was good. But, it was confusing to know what kind of light bulb to buy and I made a few false purchases. Also, I did not get a response to an email question.

I thought the light had crystal components - there are none. It's all clear plain glass.
