The order was ok but one of the tools that I ordered was broken and they were out of the boxes. It can still be used and too much trouble to send back.

All products are of the best quality, although some requesites are not identified. I will continue to buy the best products, yet I will use a local dealer. Mr. Bruce Guckert of SNAP-ON tools is my local dealer!

Got my knives a day late, but still was able to give them out as presents. Thanks for the assistance with the tracking, you guys are top notch. The bad marks are for the postal service. Their tracking system leaves a lot to be desired as compared to UPS.

I paid for priority shipping which said 2 to 3 days and I received it in 7 days. A little disappointed about that.

My first experience with the Kershaw Store has been a favorable one. the price was fair and the item arrived on time. As for the item itself, well it's hard to beat a Kershaw especially given the price. Thank-you and I look forward to future purchases.
