Easy ordering and quick shipping, but the small items were placed in a box without padding so they bounced around the box and were scratched. I order two pepper grinders and it seem like one had been a display. But quick and easy website.

I was a little disapointed when I didn't get my plates and got something else but they did respond to my call ASAP and solved the problem, I 'm just waiting for my plates.
