The shipping invoice received with items did not include price of item, shipping charges, etc.

This is my second order from Computer Memory Outlet. The products are great but I never received an email confirmation nor any tracking information for either purchase.

Horrible experience. Nine days to receive product, rude people sending e-mails. Tracking did not work, I felt that I'd been scammed up until the day I received my product.

I never received the email confirmation they said I would.I called to confirm my order and asked for a tracking number, the number I was given was invalid according to the online tracking program. Other than that, I would recommend the Outlet.
