Everything os primarly fine, however I still haven't received my order yetand I havent been sent a link to track it yet.

19-inch monitor came with wrong cable. I had to purchase the correct cable. Worked with helpful Rain Support and we determined that monitor was defective and needed to be returned and replaced. Now have a new computer but no monitor. I'm disappointed.

It didn't bother me that much but I would have appreciated maybe a notification that the order was taking longer than planned - a customer never wants to feel forgotten about. But both of the reps that I spoke to ROCKED and were very nice.

The quickstart did not provide enough information about my new computer (the updated Element workstation). The quickstart documentation was not specific to my product and included out-of-date diagrams. I would have liked more technical data about exactly what's inside my computer, fully diagrammed/labeled output ports (usb, firewire, dvi-d, etc.), BIOS... More
