Never received a conformation by e-mail, shippment notice, etc. Called customer service after three days for shippment info.,and delivery date. Customer service rep. answered my questions and I would soon get e-mail notice of UPS tracking number-no e-mail

Received product earlier than expected and was just as advertised. Very easy to shop. I have bookmarked for future purchases. Just got a new Ridgeline and will but a lot for it.

Email respond could be a lot more faster. Please list the non 800 number for non-US customers. I need to dig a bit on the internet before finding it.

I haven't installed the ram air intake for my civic yet but I hear it's great. Injen is the way to go
