called 10days after the oder I placed wondering where items I ordered and paid 4 were was told they didnt ship due 2 one of things I ordered being out of stock WHY WAS I NOT CALLED? WHY DID I HAVE2 MAKE THIS CALL? I SHOULD HAVE BEEN CALLED RIGHT AWAY!

I tried to find the silver and the gold 1/8" ribbon at several craft stores and could not find this ribbon anywhere. The order process was very easy. Delivery was fast and I did not have any problems. I will shop B.B. Crafts Inc again!

I ordered the same color of ribbon in several sizes but the colors didn't match. The spools of ribbon were falling apart. Ribbon was out of stock but that was not shown on the Internet when I ordered it.

My order did not ship for 10 days!! No notice that it would not ship right away. Customer service# not working and email was finally answered. No appology, explanation or response to my return email stating i was dissapointed with service.

I complained that my order for two rolls of ribbons was not received and was told the items were no longer available and the order had been cancelled. The company issued a refund. I should have been notified as soon as the order was cancelled.
