The only thing I did not like about my order is that the buttons were not in small groups of five.

I was unhappy to see i was missing items. find out they are on backorder. someone should have called. this affects my willingness to do business again.

My only complaint was that I was unable to order 1 1/2 yards of the trim, and at $15.00 a yard, an entire extra 1/2 yard was expensive and will be not used.

I was a little less than pleased with my order of Aida cloth because the selvedge was left on and included in the measurement. This gave me only a 13 3/4 x 18 inch piece instead of the 15x18 piece I ordered. Shame on them.

It was a little difficult to determine the size of the studs based on website information, but I was able to cross-reference another website to make the correct decision. I'd suggest a link to a size cross-reference chart to make that process easier.
