Ordered Dec 28th - not shipped until Jan 7th. Did not receive it until Jan 11th. Took much longer than 2-7 business days to be shipped 100 kms. No one got back to me about order status. Horrible customer service and expensive shipping for slow service.

Horrible customer support. I dont know how many unanswered emails and phone calls I made in regard to my order. It is one thing for an order to be delayed but it is quite another to be left not knowing anything and being unable to contact anyone.

I wasn't super happy about is the price of shipping for 1 small bib. That aside I wasn't impressed that my order wasn't shipped until almost a week after I placed my order. I would have canceled if I knew it would take this long.

It has been 6 weeks since I placed my order and my credit card was charged for the purchase. I still have not received my order. I have tried to contact Baby Planet Boutique 5X now with no response. I am very annoyed and want to be contacted.
