I wasn't super happy about is the price of shipping for 1 small bib. That aside I wasn't impressed that my order wasn't shipped until almost a week after I placed my order. I would have canceled if I knew it would take this long.

It has been 6 weeks since I placed my order and my credit card was charged for the purchase. I still have not received my order. I have tried to contact Baby Planet Boutique 5X now with no response. I am very annoyed and want to be contacted.

E-mailed them 2 times because I had not received order----no response to either e-mail. Wanted to ask about delivery time from Canada to US.

Although, the price was very competitive, the shipping method was very slow and could not reach customer support via phone to track my order.

My order done on Dec 21 2008 now is Jan 23 2009 and I just got it today. Phoned Monday Jan 20/2009 left a message (was told that someone would phone back)was not phoned back my visa was debited way before I even recieved my product.Im in Kamloops

One bib was broken. The snap on the left side of bib is unusable. one bib is not the same pattern of internet picture.
