This was second time I ordered from AllHeart. Both times there was a huge delay in the time the order was purchased and the time it was processed and sent out.

The stethescoop that I recieved was the one I wanted but I had to go out and purchase a watch battery because the one in the clock part was dead. I had to spend an extra $5.00 for the battery. I am not happy.

The delivery company, UPS, delivered the items I ordered to the incorrect house. Otherwise, I may have had the purchase in a more timely manner. Obviously, this issue is out of AllHearts control. I am satisfied with the purchase.

The scrub tops are cotton so they wrinkle badly. I would not have bought these products if I'd known they were made in China. That said, the ordering process was great, and the order arrived very promptly.

I am frustrated with the fact that you can't see a full picture of the entire scrub tops for most of the Allheart tops. This often leads to diappointment when you get them. This is especially important when trying to figure out the scale of the print.

My Order was mailed out with a lot delay and the shipping was over priced considering the wait for the company to ship the products

my disappointment is with fedex. Fedex trcking system and delivery time was the issue. I had no expectations on delivery but the day before I Ordered something from singapore which arrived 4 days ealier than my allheart order

One of the items I received was not as depicted in the online catalog. I was able to use it (though it was not optimal). The other 2 items were fine.
