I had been emailing different online stores to find an amp, Thunder Audio was the first to respond. Thanks to Jerry I'm now the proud owner of a Earthquake PH2000W/D1.1 and I can't wait to get home and hook that bad boy up, thanks. Lee

Phones were perpetually busy, but they were very helpful once I finally got thru. I called only because the on-line order system didn't provide a post-order email confirmation. That said, I appreciate Thunder's service and competitive pricing.

Great customer service. I appreciate the phone contact and follow up with my purchase. Service like this is not easy to find these days. I will remember this site for my other vehicles when I need similar products.

I placed an order for a car alarm, that the web site said was available. Placed order on 11/12/08 2 day fed-ex. Called Thunder three business days later and I was told item wasn't in stock and no eta. No call or e-mail informing me of status.
