Good Customer service - Products needs better visual direction. Product broke upon assembly due to lack of instructions. Product manufacterer fault not discount ramp. Ciustomer service replaced broken item asap.

Was not happy with ramp. IT is slippery for the dog. When purchasing the product, the person on the phone was not helpful. Understood it was not to be slippery for the dog.

Item I ordered was shipped and received on time. Scissors lift jack suits my needs for my Harley Davidson Wide Glide. I do wish the lift was made in USA instead of China.

I am returning the stroller because my dog does not fit he is only 19lbs and it said a 26lb dog would fit Its on its way back to you Please adjust my full return with the shipping costs

The item was shipped promptly, and it was received in good condition! As soon it was shipped costumer service sent me a freight career information and confirmation number. I never have contact them once. Definitely, it was a pleasant shopping experience!

Two spacers were missing....not really a big deal. Also, the assembly directions could use a lot of work.

We have had the ramp just over a week and it is rusting, the platform grating was not tack welded correctly, paint is flacking off the unit, fold down ramps (do not fully close), and metal railing splitting.
