You sent the wrong item at first and the correct item was sent via ground. Thus it took over a week and a half for me to receive my merchandise. Also, I have been charged twice for the mercandise.

It took longer that I expected to get the cable. Usually products drop ship within a day or so but it was more than a week before it was shipped.

coordinating the substitution of the 2 meter cable for the 1 meter cables would have been nice.

I ordered these items on 3/23 and selected 2-day air mail (and paid the substantial fee). I finally received them on 3/31. Is it possible to get a refund on the shipping cost, since I clearly did not get what I paid for?

3/8 are on backorder. Satisfaction score would have been higher if all stock were available, but I can appreciate inventory constraints. I will be monitoring the restock timeliness...

An email said the product was delivered to a person, it wasn't, it was delivered to the mail room. If they want to say they delivered it to a specific person, they should confirm it, or just say it was delivered to the address. Excellent customer service.
