The style has changed since I originally purchased the cookware set in the store. The new covered pan's lip the lid sits on is smaller, so the old lid/pan and new lid/pan are not interchangeable. The smallest pan/lid size in my set was not available.
The order process was simple; however, my order did not ship within 48 hours as noted. It shipped over a week later, but everything arrived in perfect condition, so I can't complain.
My 1st order was sent to my P. O. Box, and my 2nd order was sent by UPS to my physical address. I thought everything was shipped by UPS. I am very pleased with my order and the cost.
My order was on back order much longer then planned. We missed my wife's birthday which was disappointing. However, in the end she was pleased and now has a setting of 10 to match those we had when we were married over 32 years ago. thank you.
Sent 2 previouse emails. Didn't get my order or my discount on the order. buy 4 and get 4 at 1/2 price on the teaspoons I bought. Oneidas phone # on the website is disconnected cant reach anyone. I am very discouraged about my order. Please respond.
