Although I really like the stoneware I purchased, there were items that arrived broken: one dipping dish, one cup, two plates (one salad and one dinner), and one serving bowl. I would like to order additional pieces as thy come available with being charger a shipping charge. I probably would not order $100 worth of product again and would be charged a shipping charge-Yuk !!

I wish there were more of the Scroll pattern so I can restock my pattern that I love so much. I have never found a pattern that even close to is as beautiful as this.

one of the forks on the handle was not finished. Just an area about a inch long that was not filed or buffed out. Just decided to keep it and not call since it was just one fork. I wished I had checked on where oneida products were made, CHINA!! I am not happy about that.

I am extremely impressed with Oneida customer service. One item was damaged, and when I called, they resolved the issue quickly. In a few days, I received the replacement. It's refreshing to find such wonderful customer service!
