I contacted the company to find out where my order was. It was charged on the 9th of June and it was the 23rd when I contacted them. All I received was they were waiting for an email from a guy to see if it was in stock. Huh????? They did not offer to call me back, nothing. I tried to call them the following day and all I got was an answering machine... More

I haven't installed the product yet. I am satisfied with it so far. I do think the shipping and handling charges were high for the product.
