The product was very difficult to assemble. had to buy a special tool because it came with square screws instead of normal heads. the screws were still difficult so ended up buying different screws

I got a wrong product. Called 4 days ago and a very apologetic gentleman said his supervisor would call the next day and I am still waiting.

My only issue was that I tried several times to call customer service and received a regarding that there was no one available at that time. Finally persisted and ordered on-line.

I probably will order from where I ordered last time. I wanted to try a different company wasn't planning on waiting 9 days for delivery. When I tried to check the tracking all it tells you it has been shipped not an actual tracking system.
