I love the product. It is so quiet you don't even know that is is running.We have a large Great Room, and it is working perfect.I would recommend this product to everyone.

Olivia Raya was fantastic. We had a small problem with a bent prefilter. She suggested a way to test the problem. It worked. Saved RabbitAir some buck and bought strong loyalty from us.

Order was shipped and received promptly. This is the first company I've dealt with that actually confirmed that the order was received. Kudos for great customer service!

I couldn't believe that I got my RabbitAir the day AFTER I ordered it online. It was incredibly easy to assemble and the QUIETEST machine I have ever heard in sleep mode. It will take a little more time to see if it helps my allergies.

I was able to buy a second Rabbit Air exact same model from another online company and saved about $60 due to a 10% discount and no sales tax charged for California.

I was happy to see options regarding shipment i.e UPS Express/Ground or USPS. You don't see very often options it is usually one way or the other. Thank you!
