The shipping took 12 days. I was to have 3 day shipping due to my order being over $100. The service rep said it was not their fault and that they cant do anything, To call the shipper, but the shipper said it was your fault.

Some of the costumes I looked at had no information about size and did seem to be a one size fits all type, same problem with shoes. I did not order shoes for that reason

I have to say for the amount paid that my boyfriend and I are a little discouraged with the product. First we were missing an item which I am waiting to have credited back to my account. Ran out of room more to report.

My order arrived on Oct. 31st. When I placed the order on Oct. 23rd the shipping estimated arrival was 3 to 5 days. The order arrived imcomplete the staff said she would give me a credit. It has not happened yet!!!

I placed an order for Harry Potter glasses on Friday, 10/23. I was called on Tuesday evening, 10/27, and told that the glasses were out of stock. I did not have time to order the glasses elsewhere and be sure to have them for Halloween.

I ordered costumes on Oct. 23rd and received them late afternoon Halloween. The costumes I orderd Oct 24 came 3 days late. I will not be ordering from them again.

It said if i ordered my costume by a certain date and time i would receive it by halloween, which did not happen..i spent a lot of money on that costume for it not to show up, then i had to drive 3 hours last minute to spend the same money again.NOT HAPPY
