My ordered items arrived quickly but I ordered the wrong coax cable. I contacted Ken and he exchanged cables. I am very pleased with the service from West Coast Mall--both on my initial order and the exchange I needed.

You should pack the tiem better. The battery cover was knocked off in shipping. I snapped it back into place.

I purchased the same items from another vendor about a month before I ordered from westcoastmall. I received my westcoastmall order in less than a week and finally received the items from the other vendor a week after that. You guys are awesome!
