They sent more items than I ordered. I am presently in the process of contacting them to return the extra items.

Box arrived with no visable damage. Opened it and inspected the vcr I purchased but have not set it up as of now. Too busy preparing for Hurricane Gustav plus I need an adapter cable for my tv monitor. The description said it had rca and bnc connectors but the video out is bnc only. If you had a view of the back or listed the connectors correctly, I would have purchased the cables I needed along with the vcr. Depending on how bad this storm hits the area, I may not have the cables I need for several days or weeks. (more)

Camera was received but not needed as we moved my mother out of the nursing home and into our home. Camera has not been unboxed. How do I return it and get money back? Thanks. gsammis@aol.com

i thought it was all new product, but we received 2 new cameras and 1 refurbished camera which did not have all the parts enclosed

All items except 1 arrived on time in great condition. I sent an e-mail to customer support re: the 1 item left out and I am Highly confident they shall address it without delay. I enjoy doing business with Surveillance-video.com and will not change my comittment to such a professional orginization (more)
