I ordered an "auto iris" lens, but was shipped a "manual iris" lens (the part numbers are VERY similiar and easily confused). Surveillance Video was very good and promptly sent me the correct lens while I returned the wrong lens. Thanks.

shipment was shipped from two different sources,,didn't receive tracking info for one of the boxes for more than three days after I ordered and that was only because I had to call and ask for it....never received tracking info for the other box

This is my second time I order and I am extremely disappointed from time I ordered to technical support to try and keep order to Sending the product back and mostly to issuing the credit after a Week of having these in your posession.

I have placed order 34798. I haven?t received item two weeks? nor track number, I have sended two eamil to Customer service request info without response. In the web site survellaince video, when you place the comment and press backspace the page close?

My order was delivered missing items. I had to call and wait to be connected to someone for while. Then I was told that the missing item has been sent. So far, nothing arrived. It will be nice to include users manuals with these products.

I order a set of bullet cameras no IR and smaller in size for a reason and without asking the company upgraded my cameras to 420TVL IR cameras that are not even in stock in the website. i seriously think that the staff should let the customer decide
