My only comment isn't with the Lighting Center, but rather with the hardware on the Artemide lamp we got. I can only say that all of the expense of the lamp was in the glass, and not what mounts to the ceiling.

The product came in a box that was used. It appeared not as "NEW" as advertised. It was a present and thus I cannot return it: the person I gave it to was about to leave to another city. I hope the product is new and is not scratched or anything.

I was told the lamp I wanted was not available for two-three weeks. I ordered on line and it arrived in three days.
