I was specifically trying to order a Kodak battery for my camera but the batteries I received were not Kodak brand. It may have been my error but I was disappointed.

My shipment did not arrive on time. However, the fault lies with the USPS, not ShopXtreme. ShopXtreme shipped the package the same day as ordered, but the package remained in Boston for 8 days. I am pleased with ShopXtreme its customer service.

The battery was listed as being 1.25 volt, but is only 1.2 volt. I hope this isn't a problem with digital cameras. I haven't tested the items to date. Thanks. Dennis

The battery that was recommended for my camera by shop extreme did not work. As yet I have not heard back regarding this problem

The NP-20 battery I received can not be charged using my original charger. It does fit into the charger, but the light on the charger turn off very soon, indicating charge complete. However, it is not charged properly at all.
