make sure that you keep better track of international shippings. mine was 2weeks late & it took me several calls to retrace it.

Certain items were not present. I have never received them. I was never formally notified of any change to my order.

I ordered the Star Trek 1701-D which I absolutly love. The phaser and Communicater on the other hand, are poorly made. Not like the old ones I used to have. I know you guys don't make the product, I just thought you should know how bad it is.

Good prices but items I placed in my shopping cart turned out to be not in stock. I was notified via email by cus service in a timely manner but it happened again even after the rep had told me the remaining items were available. Also no order history.

CCG's response to my request for information about where the order would ship from was limited to a one word email response,"Virginia." All of the information was there, but no courtesy. You blew a chance to increase the likelyhood of future orders.

They were good and friendly, but they need to up date the site more because over half of my order was not in stock, but the site said it was.

The only problem with the order was that it was scheduled to arrive on 6/2, but didn't show up until 6/5 (3 days late). Not really a big deal, but the tracking shouldn't be off by that much in my opinion.

Am international buyer - great product at a good price: mail took three weeks and cost US$60+ - not sure why it took so long at that price but very satisfied with statue - in perfect form and well packaged.
