there was no tracking information whatsover, in the pending orders screen my tranaction never came up, looked like i was scammed, so it was annoying, and the 3-5 day delivery was at least 7,

2 things. First: I would have liked the chance to return one of my products with a pre-paid return address label. Second: I was pleased that the pump hose attachment, left out of my original order, was subsequently sent at no charge! Thanks! Tino

I enjoyed the experience of the quickness of ordering and the on time delivery. I did,however,find it a little hard to track the item when I went on line and followed the instructions.

I could have used a little more information about the shower kit that I ordered. I am completely happy with the kit but am returning to Contractors Direct to purchase additional items (pre-pitch extended kit) in order to complete my project.
