Called about my dual jack not picking up caller id coud not get ahold of any one after calling 5 times three different days UNSAT

Ordered the 3rd Philip VOIP8411B. 1st and 2nd purchase arrived on time. 3rd order was placed on May 28, status still showed as processing as of June 3. Link to courier tracking system would be nice

Very quick delivery via USPS. Product worked flawlessly right out of the package. A couple of $$ more than the competition but definately worth it.
