one piece was missing, but when i called w/ order number they were great. said the missing part would be sent. still have yet to check w/ contractor re missing part was received, but feel confident that any issues will be resolved.

Never received tracking information, received majority of order in a timely manner but the order was not complete. Sent an email with no response had to follow up with a phone call.
