0rder placed & billed Jan28-ship in 2 weeks. Phone always machine; messages unreturned. Finally, Feb27e-reply--ship next week. Last reply-March12, “I am calling manufacturer.I was told that it was shipping.I will find out way the delay.” 2 weeks,no info.

poor customer service. long ship times. vendor does not respond to messages. buyer beware. feel free to contact me before purchasing from this "richard", for the complete story.

The first time I used Knobs, Hinges & More I didn't have a very good experience but this time everything was perfect. I'm glad that I was able to give them a second chance and will definitely use them going forward.
