I paid for 3rd day delivery and did not get it. I ordered two pairs of shoes. Received one pair five days after order and the other pair 8 days after order.

After placing my order I got an e-mail offering me 7% discount. I called to get it applied to the order to be told that Alden is not covered by the offer, which was to get me to buy something else. I feel cheated. What can you about this?

Wish they offered free returns, this type shoe comes in european sizing so hard to decide if a different syle will size the same

I never got a response to my email. I finally got one pair 1 1/2 mos later. I'm still waiting for the other pair. I don't know whether I'll ever get them or not. Please tell me how I can cancel and try and get somewhere else! I had no idea of backorder.

The ShoeMart evidently had nothing to do wi the incorrect item - the shipper sent me the order for another customer.

I have been wearing rockport shoe's for 15 years and go through at least 2 pair a year. This shoe says rockport but its by far the poorest quality shoe I have ever seen and should be an embarrassment to anyone trying to pass them off as Rockports.....

I'm looking for a longitudinal, cushion support. I like the way the Birkenstock cork insoles customize to my foot but they are too hard. If I could find it with a nice, soft cushioned top I would consider purchasing it.

The Alden shell cordovan belt is a great product at a fair price. I highly recommend the belt and ShoeMart to anyone in the market for a high quality belt.
