The only problem I had was the part was 4 inches long and was in a gigantic box with alot of paper which to me is a waste. It could have been put in a check box and would have saved money and a few trees!! thank you for you time!!Diane

i got a lee's protein skimmer from petsolutions. the only problem i had was when i got my skimmer it was missing parts. they sent me another unit with parts. i just dont understand, doesn't anyone check the products before its sent out.

Replied w/ order & shipping confirmation, & tracking information within 24 hours of placing my order...phenominal! I would like them more if they emailed promo codes for a % or $ amount off my order...would make me more likely to buy more and more often.
