The tub arrived promptly but the legs, levelers and plug were not included. After a call the missing items arrived. Then a second laundry tub arrived. I would like to return the 2nd tub, but have not received a response from email. Do I need to call?

It appeared to take an excessive amount of time for the order to be processed before being shipped. Item was delivered in good condition and was exactly what I needed.

Item was advetised same day delivery and was not done. I canceled the order as I found another supplier and had next day delivery.

Great price and good delivery. I wish they'd told me upfront that I wouldn't get shipment data but I was told that I'd get it. When I called to see why I hadn't received the e-mail I found that the item had just been delivered.
