My Product was left on my doorstep at an apartment complex for 2 full days while I was out of town. And that is after it was already a day late. Very easily could have been stolen. I waited until after 6p. so that means it was delivered after that, the evening that it was delivered.

outstanding people to do business with....order was on time and product was just as described.....pleased with my purchase....will not hesitate to do business with them again

When i purchased my skateboard, I thought that the grip-tape would already come with it and be assembled. However, I was wrong. Apparently, I have to buy the griptape in addition to the bord, and then assemble it on my own. Can I have store credit or a discount because of this incident?

Shipping took almost 2 weeks on "2-3 day shipping". Contacted customer support and NEVER got a reply
