It took two weeks before I was notified that the ordered product was not available. I'm still waiting for the credit to appear. This is my first experience ordering from Family Video and has not been a good experience.

I sent an email to let you know that I had received my dvd. When I opened the package two of the three dvd's were out of there slots. I started watching the dvd's and the two that were out skip.
